Shipping policy

Our products are made by hand. After the product is in the production stage, a return will NOT be possible. Resin products have an estimated processing time of 7-14 business days. This will depend on the preparation of the products and the drying time of the resin. Sublimated products have an estimated processing time of 5-7 business. Once the product is ready to ship please allow 2-5 days standard shipping with carrier USPS.

• Crafts & Sweet Creations is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
• The customer must enter their correct shipping address using both address lines for your package to be sent. If the address is lost you must contact USPS directly and intercept your package.
• If a package is return to us for insufficient address, customer must paid shipping costs.
